How to place orders on SkinCareSG.com?
  1. Browse for products from the Shop page (or recommendations from other pages)
  2. Click on “Add To Cart” button. (continue shopping or proceed to next step)
  3. Click on “View Cart” link at top of page or cart symbol “🛒”.
  4. Update quantities and delivery address to calculate shipping costs.
  5. Click on “Proceed To Checkout” button.
  6. Fill in Billing Details on Checkout page. (all fields marked with asterick (*) are compulsory.
  7. Click on “Place Order” button.
How to register or create an account?

Account details will only be collected when an order is placed. (see point 6

“Fill in Billing Details on Checkout page” on previous question)

Returning customers can login on “My Account” symbol.

Why are personal details collected?

Your personal data will only be used to process your order as follows:

  1. First Name and Last Name [to reconcile payment data for your credit card]
  2. Country / Street Address [for courier delivery; P.O. Boxes not accepted]
  3. Postcode [for courier delivery & calculation of shipping charges]
  4. Telephone [for courier delivery & any verification needed]
  5. Email Address [for sending of invoice, order confirmation, tracking details]
  6. Credit / Debit card details [for processing of payment]

For any specific instruction to delivery courier, please include it in the notes section.

We also use your personal data to support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.

We require your accurate details as requested.

We will not be held responsible for incorrect data you submitted which results in a failed delivery or delivery to a wrong location.

Why can’t I check out as a guest (or anonymously)?

This option is not available as shipment is provided as part of the order.

The same details (name, address, telephone, email) are required by the courier company to complete the delivery.

How much are delivery charges?

Delivery charges are calculated according to Country, State/Town and Postal Code provided and based on the final dimensions of packaging your order.

Customs duties for import into your country are not covered.

How to modify or cancel my order?

Contact us promptly through email or Whatsapp as soon as possible to modify or cancel an order. Typically orders are handled before 3pm Mondays through Fridays and handed over to courier for pickup by 5pm.

Orders which have been handed over to the courier company are considered completed and cannot be modified or cancelled. For these orders, please email us and follow the returns process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.

How to make payment?

Fill in payment details on “Checkout” page.

Shipping charges are calculated on delivery address provided. Should a change be required, please email us to modify or cancel the order, so that correct shipping charges will be applied.

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal are acceptable payment methods.
For purchase on mobile devices, an additional payment method such as Apple Pay may be offered where available.

What payment currencies are accepted?

At SkinCareSG.com, all our prices by default are displayed in SGD (Singapore Dollar).

However, you may choose to change the default in your account to USD (United States Dollar) or Eur (Euro). The currency exchange is determined by our service provider.

If there are any discrepancies between the ordered amount and what is shown on the checkout pages, please email us.

Are my details / payments secure?

Payment details are handled by our service providers such as Stripe, Paypal and Apple.
SkinCareSG.com does not have access or retain payment details.

If you wish to remove your personal details from our servers, please email us.

What to do with failed payments?

In the unfortunate event of a failed payment or unsuccessful transaction, please email us.. Errors such as these occur for a variety of reason, not limited to:

  • Transaction verification failure
  • Funds availability
  • Credit card or bank related issue
Do you accept other methods of payment?

Currently, Credit Card, Debit Card and Paypal are acceptable payment methods.

We may accept alternative payment methods at our discretion.

For local transactions in Singapore, we may accept PayNow transfers (also applicable to banking jurisdictions linked with the system). However, please email us to confirm prior order.

How do I get an invoice for my purchase?

Invoices are automatically sent to your email address upon order confirmation. if it is not received, please email us stating order number and request for a copy.

Shipment

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

Deliveries within Singapore typically takes 2 working days.

For international shipping, delivery varies between 3 and 14 days.

Shipment tracking information are sent to your email to keep you updated on the delivery.

How to track my shipment?

Shipment tracking information are automatically sent to your email address at three stages:

  • Package is on its way [packed at SkincasreSG.com and awaiting courier pick up]
  • Package is out for delivery [picked up by courier and enroute]
  • Package has been delivered [delivered to address given]

If you do not receive your shipment tracking information, first please check your email filters and spam folders. Then, email us if you are still unsuccessful in retrieving them.

How to contact the courier?

Shipment tracking information on email includes a link to contact help and support.

How to change delivery information?

Before pick up by courier, you can email us to make any modification. (subject to re-calculation of shipping charges if applicable)

After pick up by courier, you will need to contact the courier company for changes.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box address (or APO / FPO addresses)?

Currently, we only use a courier service to ensure trackable shipment and delivery. Hence, the courier company will require a signature on delivery to complete the process.

Please email us if this is the only option you have. At our discretion, we may offer to send a shipment by unregistered mail service. Do note if you opt for this service, you have to accept full liability for non-delivery for any reason as unregistered mail cannot be tracked.

Return

How to make a return?

Please email us and follow the returns process.

Please note;

  • the return should reach us within 14 days of shipment delivery.
  • you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns.
Will my payment be refunded?

Subject to meeting the conditions in the returns process, we will process a refund within 14 days.

Where are the products from?

Only genuine and verified products are imported from manufacturers or their distributors. Product details list the source country of manufacturer.

Our products are sourced from around the world, some packaging details may differ somewhat based on that market. However, the products are still 100% genuine and produced by the original manufacturer.

Also, in the case of updates to packaging artwork, some packaging details may differ.

Are the products genuine?

Only genuine and verified products are imported from manufacturers or their distributors.

Why are expiry dates not shown?

Most products do not have an expiry date printed on the packaging by the manufacturer. Labels are sometimes affixed by resellers and this is not practised at SkinCareSG.com. As such, to verify manufacturing and/or expiry dates, we suggest that you contact the manufacturer directly.

Can I sample the product before purchase?

Unfortunately not. We do not provide a sampling service.
We do provide free samples with purchases but they are subject to availability.

Can I find a particular product / model / size?

SkinCareSG.com lists the full range of what we have available in stock. If the item you want is not found, it could be ‘out of stock’ and replenishment is on its way. Or the item could be discontinued. In either case, drop us an email and we can put your mind at ease.
